0European Buses to Adopt Estonian Ticketing System

The Tpilet ticketing system used on Estonian buses is to be adopted by French transport company Transdev.
The Estonian company Tsolutions is the creator of the Tpilet ticketing system, and they have won a contract for the development of the system on Transdev’s long distance buses.
The system will be implemented on Transdev’s buses operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Germany and the Czech Republic under Eurolines and Isilines brands. The system is already in; Hungary, Russia, Belarus, Finland, Bulgaria, and as far as Hong Kong.
Director of Tsolutions, Andres Osula said, “As a strategic partner we will also be responsible for the full life cycle of the entire system.”
Under the system, ticket sales will go through the sales system developed in Estonia with the platform to be implemented on the French company’s buses by mid 2017.
