Last week Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Pavlo Klimkin paid a visit to Denmark where he had high level discussions with his Danish counterpart, Kristian Jensen.
Whilst there, Klimkin announced that Denmark are to create an investment fund for Ukraine that will focus on small and medium sized business in the country. In addition, Denmark will offer technical assistance.
Details of the fund have yet to be announced as they are only in the initial stages.
However, Denmark’s support for the Ukraine was made clear by their Foreign Minister, who said that Russia should take full responsibility for ensuring there is a full ceasefire in the Donbass region in the east of the country.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister also went to Finland on his visit abroad.
